Terms and conditions
Trust Taxi Service can never be held liable for any delays, e.g. due to congestion, breakdown, weather conditions, etc. that result in you missing your flight. At all times, Trust Taxi Service reserves the right not to conduct a trip at the last moment due to force majeure such as extreme traffic congestion, weather conditions, terrorist attacks etc. You can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to prevent this. You will also need to arrive at Schiphol a few hours ahead of departure, so if in case of any delays, you will still be able to catch your flight on time, by means of another form of transport.
Trust Taxi Service transports and intervenes in the service, and sometimes subcontracts the conduction transport at selected taxi companies.
Cancellations can only be made 24 hours prior to the trip or within 2 hours after the order has been received by us. For orders by e-mail, this refers to the day/time specified on the order.
Return at Schiphol Airport.
In case of delays, you can rest assured that we will monitor it closely. After landing at Schiphol, you are to switch on your mobile phone as soon as possible, to allow your driver to contact you. In case you have a different return flight to Schiphol, you are to inform us on time.
Method of payment.
We accept credit cards like American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, but obviously you can also pay cash.
Trust Taxi Service bound itself to any legal provisions to protect your personal details. Trust Taxi Service will never pass on your personal details to any third party and we therefore ensure adequate protection. Nonetheless, Trust Taxi Service cannot be held liable for any leaking of personal details due to internet traffic that is beyond our control, such as hacking.

We hebben protocollen geschreven voor onze chauffeurs, en hoe te handelen in de nieuwe andere-halve-meter-samenleving om het risico op besmetting te minimaliseren. Zo openen we de deuren niet meer voor onze klanten en reinigen en desinfecteren we de auto's na elke rit. We hebben ook enkele aanpassingen aan onze voertuigen gedaan, er is een plexiglas scherm geplaatst tussen de bestuurder en de passagier.
